What We Do: 

PROTEC Systems, Inc. offers two options regarding school safety plans.

1)      For businesses without existing plans, we offer Crisis Management Planning.  Under this option, we provide your business with a comprehensive, written safety plan, inclusive implementation process, along with specialized training tailored to each individual facility.

2)      For businesses with an existing safety plan, we offer a Crisis Management Planning review.  This option involves a full-scale review of policies and method of operation.  We review policies for legal compliance and overall effectiveness in communicating critical information to staff, law enforcement, outside agencies/organizations, and the media.

With regard to either option, our staff offers practical advice, sensible solutions and substantive education regarding safety plan implementation and administration. 

How We Do It: 

With the Safety Plan development option, our technical writing team works closely with your administrative staff to develop and implement a plan appropriate to fulfill your school’s unique needs as well as comply with Rule 10 requirements.  We then instruct personnel on individual responsibilities as reflected in the plan.  With the Safety Plan review option, our technical writing team will provide you with a confidential written report that fully identifies and explains concerns regarding current policies and procedures.  The report is augmented to include diverse recommendations for revisions and provides model policies for inclusion in your existing security plan.  Regardless of the method, your school system retains ownership of your unique plan.
