Previous Employment Confirmations are conducted by PROTEC to verify employment with current or former employers nationwide. Our trained staff requests confirmations of the applicant's employment dates (avoids stretching time frames to exclude adverse information), job title, salary, rehire eligibility and reasons for leaving. In addition, PROTEC supplements each verification with further objective inquiries which, if answered or not, meet the "reasonable effort" standard to identify high-risk behavior or characteristics.
