What We Do: 

PROTEC Systems, Inc. offers a variety of educational modules specially developed to address our clients’ safety concerns.  Course offerings include “Increasing Staff Safety Awareness,” “Crisis Preparedness,” “Managing Bomb Threats,” and “Safe Intervention Techniques,” to mention a few.  Our Training Systems Department will design presentations or seminars to meet your organization’s specific needs.  Course content is adapted to the participants’ perspectives since our instructional programs are based upon client-specific documentation and content requests.  The end result is the presentation to your staff of a fully customized educational product. 

How We Do It:   

Instructional methods for all training sessions are interactive and varied.  Lectures are combined with multi-media presentations, as well as with individual and group learning exercises.  Our staff of educators uses a team-teaching approach, with two or more instructors leading most training sessions.  Participants receive detailed training manuals to be kept at their desks or in their work areas.  At the close of each session, participants complete training evaluation forms.  Our instructional staff constantly reviews participant feedback as a part of our continuing effort to  be responsive to the unique security needs of your organization and personnel.
